Delicious homemade bonbons with (vegan) white chocolate, coconut, raspberries and pistachio.

 

The shell is made of 69% dark chocolate, the filling is made of vegan white chocolate and softened with coconut oil. 

 

The cacao origins are Hacienda Vicoria (Ecuador) and Öko Caribe (Dominican Republic).

 

Ingredients: 

Dark chocolate: cacao mass (cacao, cacao butter 69%), local Dutch beet sugar, sunflower lecithin 0,5%

Vegan white: cacao butter 40%, Dutch Beet sugar 31% , Vegan Mylk 28,8% (oats, coconut, banana, rice, calcium, salt)• Sunflower Lecithine 0,2%, Madagascan Vanilla

+ coconut oil, coconut, raspberries & pistachio
