In European countries we are used to creamy chocolate, this Mexican style chocolate has a 'bite', because it is stone ground (see photo). At Taza they use traditional Mexican hand-carved stone mills, called molinos, to grind their cacao. 


They are masters at creating chocolate that is bold, rustic and gritty, truelly unlike any other chocolate you've ever tasted!


Tip - The Mexican disks are perfect to make hot chocolate with: just add some hot water or hot milk and enjoy!
