Shipping and delivery

  • We take great care in packing and shipping your order.

  • Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur during transport.

  • For extra security, you may choose insured shipping or have your order delivered to a DHL ServicePoint.

  • For international shipments, please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are always the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & exchanges

  • Our products are food items. Under European consumer law, perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life (such as chocolate) cannot usually be returned or exchanged.

  • Therefore, opened or damaged packages cannot be accepted for return.

  • Only unopened, undamaged products are eligible for return, provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt.

  • If we approve the return, the shipping costs for returning the products are the responsibility of the customer.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
