Returns & exchanges

Our products are food items. Under European consumer law, perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life (such as chocolate) cannot usually be returned or exchanged.

Therefore, opened or damaged packages cannot be accepted for return.

Only unopened, undamaged products are eligible for return, provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt.

If we approve the return, the shipping costs for returning the products are the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
