Intens dark chocolate with the sweetness of strawberry and cherry, handmade with love in our shop in Amsterdam's old city center.
The chocolate is 69% Single Origin dark chocolate, with a 'pink' chocolate bottom. The cacao origins are Hacienda Vicoria (Ecuador) and Öko Caribe (Dominican Republic).
Award winning chocolate
We work with Award winning duo Heinde & Verre from Rotterdam. They buy the cacao beans directly from the farmers, and always pay a price far above FairTrade, and make the best couverture (chocolate droplets), that we use for our homemade bonbons.
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate: cacao mass (cacao, cacao butter 69%), local Dutch beet sugar, sunflower lecithin 0,5%
Vegan white: cacao butter 40%, Dutch Beet sugar 31% , Vegan Mylk 28,8% (oats, coconut, banana, rice, calcium, salt)• Sunflower Lecithine 0,2%, Madagascan Vanilla,
+ Organic freeze dried strawberries, organic cherries.
This chocolate is vegan-friendly, dairy-free and gluten-free. Please note there might be traces of nuts, peanuts and milk.
