Dutch blend milk is a composition of premium cacao origins from Indonesia and the "West Indies". The famous Dutch cow milk is the perfect match that honours the tradition and reputation of Dutch milk chocolate.
Dutch flavour tradition
A medium roast profile, the typical Dutch cow milk gives a hearty flavour to the chocolate and brings out the aromas of banana, blue grapes and caramel.
The guys behind Heinde & Verre
Inside the package are 2 bars. If you open the package you see a photo of the two chocolate makers: Ewald & Jan Willem. They make very fine bean-to-bar chocolates: single origin dark chocolate, untill 100%, but also have a white and milk chocolate bar.
Nice note: the beet sugar used for this bar comes from the Netherlands.
