Very fine dark chocolate with real vanilla, from the birthplace of vanilla in Mexico (Papantla). The chocolate itself has floral notes, notes of honey and vanilla.
 
Kuná is a small chocolate facility in Ecuador and run by couple Maria & Luis.
 
They have a strong connection with the farmers of the Kichwa associación Wiñak in Archidona, where they buy the cacao beans directly from.
 
Recently they also started growing cacao trees themselves. Archidona lies in the beautiful Unesco biosphere Sumaco.
