The chocolate with a bite!

In European countries we are used to creamy chocolate, this Mexican style chocolate has a 'bite', because it is stone ground (see photo). At Taza they use traditional Mexican hand-carved stone mills, called molinos, to grind their cacao. 

 

They are masters at creating chocolate that is bold, rustic and gritty, truelly unlike any other chocolate you've ever tasted! There are two bars in every package.
