Stone ground Mexican style chocolate with sea salt.
At Taza they use traditional Mexican hand-carved stone mills, called molinos, to grind their cacao, creating a chocolate with a 'bite'. This chocolate is a 70% dark chocolate with sea salt.
 
These 2 bars are also perfect to make hot chocolate! Use one half of one disc to make a perfect and tasty hot chocolate (there are 2 chocolate discs in each package).
