Cardamom is called the 'Queen of Spices', and one of my favorite spices. It has a distinctive taste that matches perfectly with chocolate, as well -of course- as tahini. 
 
This bonbon is a creamy milk chocolate, made with the gold Award winning 52% milk chocolate couverture by Heinde & Verre.
 
Handmade in our kitchen in Amsterdam Old city center.
