Discover the taste of Java, in this special origin chocolate bar! Made in France by Chocolaterie A. Morin, a 4th generation family business. Chocolatiers from father to son since 1884, in the south of France at the border of the Ardèche.

These beans from Java are collected by a government organization and then brought together in a cooperative where the fermentation (during 4 days) and drying process takes place.

 

The aim of this organization is to develop communities and ensure sustainable development. They aim to develop communities, invest in good agricultural practices and integrate environmental sustainability and social responsibility into the production chain.

 

After the beans are collected, they undergo a rigorous selection process to separate the white beans from the dark ones. The beans are Criollo beans.

 

Tasting notes: woody and smoky notes of chestnuts and almonds

 

Ingredients: cacao beans, cane sugar, cacao butter, sunflower lecithin
