Dark chocolate shell with a creamy white chocolate filling, and crunchy caramelized nibs: our 'Starry Night' bonbon.
One of my best childhood memories: taking a walk outside in a starry night, dreaming away, feeling how big the universe is and how tiny we are. I would take night walks with my uncle (an amateur astronomer), and my dad. I would love to look at the stars, see if we could discover a new one or a falling star, listen to the stories of my uncle and singing songs with my dad. Starry Nights are the best.
At first this bonbon will taste like dark and white chocolate, half way they will melt into a milk chocolate. It's a creamy bonbons, with a nice extra crunch due to the caramelized cacao nibs.
There are 2 bonbons in each bag.
The cacao origins are Hacienda Vicoria (Ecuador) and Öko Caribe (Dominican Republic).
