The Madame Jeanette pepper we use for this bonbon is Dutch-grown by a lovely family. 
 
Single Origin Chocolate
The chocolate is 69% Single Origin dark chocolate. The cacao origins are Hacienda Vicoria from Ecuador, and Öko Caribe from the Dominican Republic. Because we didn't add milk to the bonbons, they are 100% vegan and dairy-free.
