Did you know we also offer special sessions for educational groups?
(And not just about chocolate)
With backgrounds in Social Work and years of experience in the non-profit world, my husband and I both share a deep passion for education.
Over time, we’ve welcomed countless student groups into our shop—from universities around the world to local colleges and high schools, and even students on European study trips.
Some visited Amsterdam as part of a minor in sustainability. Others came as part of a music band tour across the Benelux. Some arrived with a curiosity for urban planning and Amsterdam’s vision on sustainable cities. And many simply came to learn more about the fascinating world of cacao.
What we offer is much more than a chocolate tasting. Our educational sessions dive deep into:
Problems in the cacao industry
Why we don’t rely on certifications and labels
Transparent supply chains & small-scale producers
Real-life examples from our own journey as ethical entrepreneurs
… and of course, a diverse and delicious chocolate tasting!
Single Origin Chocolate Tasting

From dark to milk to white, award-winning origins, and even a handmade bonbon—our tasting
covers a wide range of flavors and stories. Students often tell us how much they appreciate the balance of fun, depth, and honesty in the experience.
We’ve had students return days later to continue the conversation, follow us on Instagram, or even do a short internship. It’s about real connections and planting seeds for change.
If you’re a teacher or coordinator looking for a unique, socially conscious experience for your group, we offer a special reduced price for educational visits. Feel free to reach out for more info—we’d love to host you!
