Create a centuries old Maya cacao drink, and a 'new' style of chocolate drink.
Dive deep into the past of cacao, get to know all about the first peoples who cultivated cacao.
You will prepare two different cups of chocolate, the first recipe will be an homage to the Mayan culinary tradition, the second is a celebration of Europe’s reinterpretation of the drink.
Rich, sweet, and indulgent, French style hot chocolate is the best cure for winter blues and a treat for the soul.

What if the best ever chocolate truffle is vegan? With the help of precious ingredients like hazelnuts and coconut oil we will prepare a classic chocolate 'Meltaway' as well as an almond Gianduja.

You will learn the basics of truffle making, so after this workshop, you are able to create your own recipes using simple ingredients.
