Pink Pepper & Sea Salt
Indispensable on every restaurant table: salt & pepper... So I thought: why not combine these two best ingredients of every restaurant, and create a new chocolate bar!

Pink pepper is not a hot pepper, but has a bit of a 'flowery' taste, combined with salt and the sweet of chocolate, this makes a perfect and 'adventurous' bar.
Amsterdam & Spices
In the 17th century Amsterdam became one of the richest cities in the world due to the 'trade' in spices like nutmeg, clove and black pepper. The smell of spices was sometimes so strong that people would call Amsterdam 'Spice City'. Since our shop is located in the former harbor area, I like to mix the history of the area with my chocolate.
The cacao we use is single origin from one plantation in Congo, national park Virunga. The cacao project aims to train local people to cacao farmers (13.000 families), creating a sustainable income and thus also protecting wildlife in the park from poaching. A win-win for everyone!
Ingredients: cacao 55%, cacaobutter, milk, pink pepper, sea salt.
