Chili & Clove MILK Chocolate
Inspired by her mom's home islands and driven by a passion to bring back the clove from the original 'Spice Islands', Salomé created this bonbon.
The first taste is clove with nice (dark) milk chocolate, the chili gives it a nice 'kick' at the end!
The cacao we use is single origin from one plantation in Congo, national park Virunga. The cacao project aims to train local people to cacao farmers (13.000 families), creating a sustainable income and thus also protecting wildlife in the park from poaching. A win-win for everyone!
Ingredients: cacao 55%, cacaobutter, milk powder, cane sugar, coconut oil, clove, home made chili oil
